3 ¾cups "00" flour (pizza flour) or bread/all purpose flour

Instructions
Pizza Dough - Bread Maker (if not using a bread maker skip to the next step)
Add the wet ingredients to the bread maker - Water, Olive Oil
Add dry ingredients to the bread maker - flour, salt, sugar
Create an indent in your dry ingredients (you can poke with your finger) and place your yeast. Do not let it touch the wet ingredients
Place your bread maker on dough setting and let rise according to the instructions
Pizza Dough - Mixing bowl
Add the warm water to the bowl and sprinkle in the yeast. Allow to dissolve (or follow the instructions on your yeast packet if using a specific yeast)
Add flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Knead using paddle attachment on a standing mixer on medium speed or knead by hand for 7-10 minutes. The dough should be sticky. If it's too wet - add more flour.
Cover with plastic wrap or bread proofing bag - Let the dough rise in a warm place (rough 1 ½ hours) or until double in size.
Making the Pizza
Once the dough has risen - preheat your oven to 475°F. Tip: preheat your pizza stone for roughly 30 minutes
Divide the dough into 8 pieces (or 2 pizzas if you do not want to make miniature mushroom pizzas). Cover with plastic and let rise for an additional 15 minutes.
Once risen - Flatten the dough balls into mushroom shapes or standard circle pizza and flatten using your finger tips - this will prevent it from bubbling up. Let rest again for 10 minutes
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil.
Sprinkle cornmeal or semolina flour onto your pizza pan and transfer the dough on top of your pan.
Spread your desired about of pizza sauce and cheese. Decorate the mushroom with pepperoni and place the olives as eyes. - Have a little fun with it! Be careful not to add too many toppings and overload your pizza causing it to improperly cook.
Once your Pizza is topped, bake 4 mushrooms or one circle pizza in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until cheese is golden. Add additional cheese if desired!
